MYTHICAL TREES
A5 COLOUR SERIES
This is a set of 30 ink drawings on A5 300gsm heavyweight paper. Inspired by the Mythical Trees Series I did on a larger scale - A2. This is the Colour Series, I also have a set of 30 as a Monochrome Series, and plan to do further sets.
They are unreal looking tree-like forms that evoke a memory of trees, which have a dark undertone with a hint of magic or fantasy and a dreamlike quality. All are similar, but different in their own unique way, just like real trees.
